2019 酒款評分：Burghound 92-94 Sweet Spot

4公頃。葡萄藤種植於1946、1960、1988及2002年。位於Fixin村東南邊，坡度較低，土壤以多石的沖積土為主，加上一些白堊土基岩。葡萄80%去梗，原生酵母發酵。橡木桶(20% 新桶)陳釀15個月。

風土：上夜丘與Bourgogne同樣在AOC法規上被歸為廣域級，地塊則散佈於夜丘主要面東斜坡坡頂的西方，大多擁有較高的海拔與更為多變的向陽角度。因海拔較高的緣故(300米至500米之間)，上夜丘的白酒比起低坡的Bourgogne，酸度較為明顯，酒體相對輕盈，香氣更加細緻，時常帶有甘草的氣息。一般來說價格也更為親民，是日常餐搭酒款的好選擇。

此款一級園香氣與Vosne Romanée村莊級酒款相似，只不過果香味更加濃縮且細膩。酒體結構紮實，層次分明，餘韻純淨悠長。
