Glenmorangie Barrel Select Release - Palo Cortado Finish 12 year old Glenfiddich and was bottled on 23A rather special addition to the Glenmorangie collection, this is the first time its single malt has been treated to a finish in Palo Cortado sherry casks. Inspired by the soft, smooth character of a batch of single malt that had been gently mellowing in bourbon casks for eight years, Glenmorangies head of whisky creation Dr. Bill Lumsden set about sourcing the rare Palo Cortado casks to finish it in. After a total of 12 years of maturation, the
